INTRODUCTION<\/h3>

The cardholder agrees to the regulations and laws of the International Visa Center and is subject to the terms and conditions of the Joint Development Bank from which the card was issued.<\/p>

DEBIT CARD AGREEMENT\/TERMS AND CONDITIONS<\/h3>

You, as a Customer of UltimoPay, agree to the following terms and conditions governing the use of your debit card:<\/p>

  • To comply with the rules and regulations of the Bank relating to the use of your Card and the performance of any electronic fund services.<\/li>
  • Your Card remains the property of the Bank and will be surrendered immediately to the bank upon request. Your card is non-transferable. Never allow anyone to use, borrow or obtain your Card and personal identification number (PIN). By giving your Card and PIN to another person, you take responsibility for all transactions made by that person or by anyone else to whom that person gives the Card and PIN until you notify us to cancel your Card and issue a new one.<\/li>
  • The Bank has the right to refuse a transaction on your Account when your Card has been reported lost or stolen, when your card has been canceled or revoked, when your account has been closed, when the transaction would exceed your available Account balance, or when the Bank reasonably believes there is unusual activity on your Account.<\/li>
  • The Bank reserves the right at any time and without notice (except as may be required by the Federal Electronic Funds Transfer Act) to cancel your Card, eliminate any or all of the services that are currently available or to add any new services.<\/li>
  • The Bank\u2019s liability to you for not completing a transaction will be limited as set forth in the \u201cFinancial Institution\u2019s Liability\u201d section of the Electronic Fund Transfers Your Rights and Responsibilities disclosure.<\/li>
  • Never enter your PIN in any ATM that does not look genuine, has been modified, has a suspicious device attached, or is operating in a suspicious manner.<\/li><\/ul>

    LIMITS AND TRANSACTIONS<\/h3>

    Types of Debit VISA Card Point-of-Sale Transactions \u2013 You may access your checking account(s) to purchase goods in person (and by phone and online with a Debit Card) and pay for services in person (and by phone and online with a Debit VISA Card). In addition, by using a Debit VISA Card you can get cash from a merchant if the merchant permits, or from a participating financial institution with Debit VISA Card, and do anything that a participating merchant will accept.<\/p>

    Standard dollar limitations and charges \u2013 Using your card:<\/p>

    • Payment limit: Transactions are limited to the available balance in your checking account.<\/li>
    • ATM withdrawal: The ATM withdrawal limit is $20,000. However, ATMs limit the amount of money you can withdraw at one time.<\/li><\/ul>

      Advisory Against Illegal Use \u2013 You agree not to use your card(s) for illegal gambling or other illegal purposes. Display of a payment card logo by, for example, an online merchant does not necessarily mean that transactions are lawful in all jurisdictions in which the cardholder may be located.<\/p>

      FEES<\/h3>
      • We may charge you to replace a lost debit card.<\/li>
      • We may charge you to replace a stolen debit card<\/li>
      • ATM Operator\/Network Fees \u2013 When you use an ATM not owned or operated by us, you may be charged a fee by the ATM operator or any network used (and you may be charged a fee for a balance inquiry even if you do not complete a fund transfer).<\/li><\/ul>

        UNAUTHORIZED TRANSFERS<\/h3>

        Tell us AT ONCE if you believe your card and\/or code has been lost or stolen, or if you believe that an electronic fund transfer has been made without your permission. Contacting us right away at support@ultimopay.io is the best way of keeping your possible losses down.<\/p>

        You could lose all the money in your account (plus your maximum overdraft line of credit). Also, if your statement shows transfers that you did not make, including those made by card, PIN or other means, tell us at once. If you are grossly negligent or fraudulent in the handling of your card or PIN, you will be liable for unauthorized transactions.<\/p>

        ERROR RESOLUTION NOTICE<\/h3>

        In case of errors or questions about your Electronic Transfers, contact us at support@ultimopay.io as soon as you can if you think your statement or receipt is wrong or if you need more information about a transfer listed on the statement or receipt.<\/p>
